Batson Chiropractic Group in Nashville TN Now Offering Chiropractor Designed Personal Training Programs

Get the workout you need for health, wellness and recovery.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Nashville, TN – June 20, 2017 – With a drive to provide the very best for their clients, Batson Chiropractic Group is now offering customized, personal training programs for all clients. When combined with chiropractic care, personal training programs can offer wonderful benefits resulting in
optimum wellness.

Physical fitness is an integral component of your health. At Batson Chiropractic Group, our personal trainer can help you reach your goals faster. While many believe that the only way to get maximum benefit is hitting the gym five days a week, an hour or more at a time, this is a difficult fitness plan to maintain. This leads many who start this type of program to quit before the desired results kick in.

We take a different yet still very effective approach… high intensity training or HIT. HIT comprises of 2 to 3 visits a week with a “go hard” approach for only 20-30 minutes a session.

Of course, each person’s goals and needs are different. Some may be looking to recovery after an injury, others may be looking to up their wellness game by adding a workout plan after having already adapted to regular chiropractor visits. Either way, we will build a custom training program just for you. No matter your fitness level or your ultimate health goal, our HIT will bring you results you can see and feel.
